What is a setup charge?

Embroidery files have to be digitized for the embroidery machines. A digitized file is mandatory for each embroidery type, be it flat embroidery or 3D embroidery. Setup charge is a one-time fee, and you will be able to reuse the digitized file for future orders with the exact same logo/design. There is no setup charge for bulk embroidery orders.

Do you design artwork for customers?

Yes, we do. As a matter of fact, we have a creative team of apparel customization specialists. You have several dozens of clipart choices, the option to add text, upload an image of your choosing and position where you want the artwork to be on your blank hoodies or sweatshirts.
