What is a setup charge?

Embroidery files have to be digitized for the embroidery machines. A digitized file is mandatory for each embroidery type, be it flat embroidery or 3D embroidery. Setup charge is a one-time fee, and you will be able to reuse the digitized file for future orders with the exact same logo/design. There is no setup charge for bulk embroidery orders.
