RETURN POLICY

You can always return the products purchased in their original condition, undecorated from YouApparel within 14 days of receipt for a refund, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. This restocking fee is to cover our handling and administrative costs. In the case of a mistake from our end or if something is wrong with the product, no restocking fee will be applied.

YouApparel offers a 14-day return policy.

Returns must be authorized by a YouApparel customer service representative.

You will receive a Return Authorization number (RAN).

YouApparel will initiate a refund request for your order once the returned package is received and verified.

Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be credited, after we have received the package.

Restocking Fees will not be charged for errors in order fulfillment at our end.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

For defective merchandise, please apply a piece of tape over the flaw and include the product in your return. We may request photographic or other documentation of the issue before authorizing a return.

RESTRICTIONS

  • Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns must be sent freight pre-paid.

RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM DECORATED ORDERS

  • Custom decorated orders cannot be canceled once they have been client-approved and placed into production, unless there is a mistake from our end.
  • YouApparel will not be responsible for any error and/or omission once the order is approved. Customers are expected to review order approval for accuracy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

It is our top priority at YouApparel to ship your order as quickly as possible. To check whether it’s possible to cancel an order, get in touch with one of our Customer Service Representatives.

The return policy will apply to all orders that have been shipped.

There is no restocking fee for order cancellations before shipping.
