How to Place an Order?

Orders can be placed online or by phone 1-866-985-9698 to speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives. Normal cut off time for same day shipping on blank products is 12:00 PM local standard time, pending on stock availability and payment approval.

When Do You Ship the Orders and When Will It Arrive?

• • We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our products are shipped from 8 warehouse locations nationwide and may take up to 1 to 3 business days to be delivered based on stock availability. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods.
• • Once your package is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check the status of your order online under My Account roughly one business day after you have placed your order.

What's Your Minimum Order?

No minimum order is required to take advantage of our wholesale prices.

How to get Free Shipping?

Orders of blank products above $69 are eligible for free ground shipping within Continental United States. Custom decorated orders are not eligible for the free shipping offer.

What's Your Payment Methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept international credit cards. To avoid delay in processing your order, the name and billing address entered must match exactly as they appear on your credit card statement.

Please note the charge on your credit card statement will be listed as "Youapparel.com".

What's Your Sales Tax?

• • Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
• • Shipping charges are not refundable.
• • Please allow up to 14 business days for refund credit to be processed.
• • Returns must be sent freight pre-paid.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

It's our top priority at Youapparel to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that you could only cancel an order before it is shipped. Return policy will apply to all orders that has been shipped.

Custom decorated orders cannot be cancelled once they have been client approved and placed into production.
