HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Place an order online or by phone (888) 868-8598 to speak with one of our customer service representatives. Normal cut off time for same day shipping on blank products is 12:00 PM local standard time, pending stock availability and payment approval.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

• We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our products are shipped from 15 warehouse locations nationwide and may take up to 1 to 3 business days to be delivered based on stock availability. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods.
• Once your package is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check the status of your order online under My Account roughly one business day after you have placed your order.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR BLANK ORDERS?

No minimum order is required to take advantage of YouApparel’s wholesale prices when ordering blank apparel.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR CUSTOM HEAT TRANSFER ORDERS?

Yes, there is a 50 piece minimum order quantity for custom heat transfer orders.

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Blank product orders over $149 are eligible for free ground shipping within the Continental United States. Custom decorated orders are not eligible for the free shipping offer.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal. We do not accept international credit cards. To avoid delay in processing your order, the name and billing address entered must match exactly as they appear on your credit card statement.

Please note the charge on your credit card statement will be listed as "FAYA, Corporation".

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We do charge tax, but only in California.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY?

You can always return the products purchased in their original condition, undecorated from YouApparel within 14 days of receipt for a refund, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. This restocking fee is to cover our handling and administrative costs. In the case of a mistake from our end or if something is wrong with the product, no restocking fee will be applied.

YouApparel offers a 14-day return policy.

Please contact our customer service team at info@youapparel.com or call us at 1-866-985-9698 for more information on restocking fees or to request a refund authorization.

• Returns must be authorized by a YouApparel Customer Service Representative.
• You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• YouApparel will initiate a refund request for your order once the returned package is received and verified.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be credited, after we have received the package.
• Restocking Fees will not be charged for errors in order fulfillment at our end.

RESTRICTIONS

• Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Returns must be sent freight pre-paid.

RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM DECORATED ORDERS

• Custom decorated orders cannot be canceled once they have been client-approved and placed into production, unless there is a mistake from our end.
• YouApparel will not be responsible for any error and/or omission once the order is approved. Customers are expected to review order approval for accuracy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

It is our top priority at YouApparel to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed. The return policy will apply to all orders that have been shipped.

There is no restocking fee for order cancellations before shipping.
